Hello my friends! Hope your are having a delightful week! I apologize for my absence I have been creating quite a bit but it's been for submissions :> Not sure where May has gone but it's been a great one! Busy with two nights of soccer and one night of gymnastics! And spending any moment outside when it's not raining!
I wanted to stop by and share two wrap creations for Moxie Fab World's Gift Packaging challenge! I enjoy creating wrap! Well if I get to it early and not if I leave it to the last minute!
I wrapped the box with kraft wrapping paper, added a doilie, ribbon a prima flower and some lace that I sprayed pink with Tattered Angels Spray mist (It's so fun to do!) A very pretty gift box!
Than I made this more modern gift packaging:
Just tied a bow with bright pink ribbon around a white box, stamped a maya road tag with a Hero arts stamp in bright pink (too tired to remember or look) added a button and there you go! Best part the recipient slides the ribbon off the box later can reuse it, easy to slide back on!
Well that's it for me folks. Today tired me out! Taught how to make shamballa braclets in the inner city at lunch, the girls loved it! Quite easy you could do it too, youtube shamballa bracelet! Kinda fun making jewelery. My first try wasn't he greatest had to remind myself, hey when you started making cards you sucked! Than Chad and I went out for lunch, picked up the kids early from school to see a movie (only 20 minutes! Otherwise we wouldn't have made it) And we went to see Epic! We had a buy one get one free coupon plus movies are half price on Tuesdays (meaning they don't break your wallet!) It was a good movie but not for kids under 5 I think, heard a few kids crying from fear! Carter got a little scared and wanted to sit in my lap (love that!) Came home and made dinner while the kids played outside! So happy with our new neighbors, they have a little girl who is the same age as Ariel and they play so well! Really makes me happy!
Waiting for Chad to come home so we can watch Mad Men! After years of me asking him let's watch this show he finally gave in. And guess what he loves it too! We are already on season two! Only thing about watching a series of a show is stopping and not watching another episode let's go to bed! It's opened up all sorts of conversation between us! I took a history course in university on the 1960's in America so it's not as shocking for me! Until he gets home watching the series finale of Body of Proof, sad to see another show go!
Until next time! Hope it's sunny where you are!

fabulous gift wrapping Anita. Love the pink lace you made for the first gift,
such beautiful wrap, love the added flower and pretty trimming :)
Gorgeous wrapping! I've wanted to watch Mad Men too, but hubby's not yet interested. We watch TV like that too. Right now we are watching "Chuck".
wow great gift wrapping ideas.. these are so fun..
Beautiful packages! I especially love the first one...I have a thing for doilies!
Oh these gift wrappings look so pretty!!
Both of your gift boxes are wonderful! Love how the first one is soft and romantic while the other one is streamlined.
These are both great.
Beautiful gift wrapping projects--would be gifts themselves!
I wouldn't even want to unwrap the packages! Love how feminine the first one is and the modern feel of the second! It's funny- my hubby is the one who started watching Mad Men first and now I'm hooked!
I love both of these wraps, Anita! That first one is layered beautifully and the cork tag on the second is awesome!
These are both dear, Anita! We don't give many gifts anymore, but I love wrapping, too. Love the kraft - is is classic! That cork is super-fun and great texture. Thanks for sharing.
Hey Anita! Thanks for linking this up to the Gift Packaging Challenge in the Moxie Fab World! I'm so glad you joined in on all the fun! :)
