Hello! Happy Saturday! It's supposed to be an absolutely beautiful weekend here and we are quite excited! I am here with a new Wee Memories Scrappy Saturday Challenge!! This week our sponsor is the popular Echo Park Paper! Our challenge is "Patterned Paper"!
I tend to hoard pattern paper but am finding myself using it A LOT more than I used to! I decided to play with a really girly piece that I had from the Little Girl collection, Chloe's Crown. I had to pair the MFT stamp set Something Special Just for you with it! And I decided to play along with the MFT Get Sketchy challenge, I have never played before but have wanted to!
Here is my card:
I couldn't help but replace the stamped crown with one cut out of the patterned paper! :> Love this fun birthday card, working on my kid birthday card stash so that I am prepared! :>
Adorable! This is too cute!
ReplyDeleteDarling! Love how super bright these colors are! Love her paper-pieced dress!
ReplyDeleteSo very cute, Anita! Love the bright colors you've used and the addition of the crown is so fun!

ReplyDeleteThis is so darn cute Anita!! I am totally challenged when it comes to patterned paper but I may just have to give it a go this week! Hope you are enjoying the nice weather :)
ReplyDeletethis is sooooo sweet and delightful, Anita! super card! hope you have a beautiful weekend! =)
ReplyDeletesuch an adorable card Anita. I have HEAPS of patterned paper... I buy it and then never seem to be able to use it... I wish I was like some card makers who use it heaps but I tend to go more CAS which usually precludes PP use. Love how you paper pieced her little dress to match the background.
ReplyDeleteAdorable!!!
ReplyDeleteSweet card - I love this little girl image and the crown paper is adorable. Your paper piecing is perfect, too!
