Lady Bugs and Frame on Breakfast Television!

Hello Crafty Friends!  This morning Ariel and I were on Breakfast Television sharing some kids crafts!  This is my 4th time and Ariel's 3rd!  :>  It's so fun we really enjoy it!  We made crafts with things around the house to keep your kids occupied as they are still on Winter Break!  :>

Our first project was a Decoupage Frame using wrapping Paper!  You can see the video for that one here.

Supplies needed:

Wooden Craft Frame
Mod Podge (or white glue mixed with water)
Wrapping Paper or Tissue Paper
Brush

Paint frame with mod podge, tear tissue paper and press onto frame, cover frame let dry and paint over with mod podge and let dry!

We did another segment where we made lady bugs out of egg cartons! You can see it here.  I love egg carton crafts as we all have egg cartons around the house!

Supplies needed:

Egg Carton
Googly Eyes
Red and Black Acrylic paint
White Glue
Pipe Cleaners
Pen or Marker
Brush

Cut egg carton up, paint red and let dry, paint black dots let dry, poke wholes in the top (parent) wrap pipe cleaner around a marker to make squiggles and poke through hole, glue eyes on!  Kids love this craft so get them to make more than one lady bug!

I think it went really well!  :>  And we really enjoyed it, everyone at BT is so great and so kind!  :>  So easy to work with!

This one is my favorite you can see the glee on Ariel's face since she loves crafts and you can see that Jeremy is enjoying himself too!

Well that's it for me!  I will be back tomorrow with a card to share!
