Green, Grey and Red Old School

Hello!  I hope that you've had a great weekend!  We did!  Even through the bad weather, it snowed today yes the first day of May it snowed! (to see some pics and my project 365 this week check the post below!)  I wanted to drop in and share a card I made for the current Play Date Cafe Challenge!  The colors weren't the easiest BUT I actually wanted to play with this stamp but I didn't know what colors to use!  This is the card that I thought up at midnight on Friday night!  Here are the Play Date Cafe's colors this week:

And here is my card:

I so love this typewriter stamp!  :>  I went with a clean and graphic style and at the last minute decided to turn the typewriter!  :>

Last night I went to a girlfriends house for some girl time and a movie night.  It was a lot of fun, and I can't sit still so I sat on the floor and stamped and colored butterflies on the coffe table and cut them out!  Thankfully my friends didn't even blink an eye!  They picked a movie before I got there and it was sooo good!  We watched:
I am so glad they picked before I got there as I may not have wanted to see this!  But it was sooo good!  A great storyline, good for a couple to watch too as both would like it!  :>

Well I am heading off to bed!  Tomorrow is a federal election here in Canada and I am working at a poll!  I just worked out city election back in October and it's kinda fun!  A very long day though, 12 hours!  I better get into bed!
