Silhouette Grass

Happy Friday!  Who hoo the end of the week is here!  I hope your week has been fab!  I have been busy creating!  Today I will be busy preparing for Ariel's birthday party tomorrow.  It's her first all kids party!  We are doing it before her actual birthday which is next Wednesday!  I have to go out and shop for her party so I will keep this short!  Today I have a card inspired by Carole who was on the Hero Arts blog for her win-a-day.  I had read the blog in the morning with my coffee as I usually do.  My friend came over after with her two kids and while the kids played we chatted.  My friend starts looking at a pad of patterned paper that is sitting on my island and as she does I spotted the paper this paper and immediately thought of how it would work under the grass!

I wanted the card to fit in a regular envelope so I made it slimmer so I could have the scallops on the side.  I am currently really into this scallop punch!

Well I am off to shop!

what a delightful card Anita. Love the blue and yellow on this one. It looks fabulous and the buttons are just the right touch, as are the scallops

Very pretty! Love the subtle colors! I, too, love scallop punches, the bigger ones - not into the small scallops as much.
